The Zubcic Hollow Easement is traversed by streams located within the Little Sewickley Creek Watershed and located within the Big and Little Sewickley Creek Landscape Conservation Area as defined in the Allegheny County Natural Heritage Inventory. Little Sewickley Creek is recognized to be among the highest quality streams in Allegheny County.
