Highlights
The property—a sheltered hollow—features an intermittent stream and wooded slopes rising from the stream. The stream flows into Plum Run, a western tributary of Chartiers Creek. The land is located off of Plum Run Road in Chartiers Township, Washington County. It is densely wooded with brush, shrubs and small trees. Larger hardwoods are located in the northwest section of the property. Several old foundations along the south side of the property appear to be from a small house and outbuildings.
