Audubon Greenway is a classic Western Pennsylvania landscape; fields with rolling topography, mature oak groves and beautiful waterways. The property contains the spring seeps and headwaters of Little Sewickly Creek. Conserving this property helps protect the exemplary plants and wildlife and water quality for future generations.

There have been reports of a pair of Albino Deer on the property!
Fish
In a 2003 Army Corps report Little Sewickley Creek was ranked near the top of the Ohio Tributaries for species diversity. The following species were observed at the mouth of the creek:
